Starting Mondays, beginning September 22nd, Acts of Kindness presents Boundaries—an empowering 11-week course for women only, designed to help you take control of your life by learning when and how to say no.
Through this life-changing course, you’ll discover how to set healthy boundaries with your spouse, children, friends, parents, co-workers—and even with yourself. Learn how to stop overcommitting, protect your energy, and create space for the life you were meant to live.
Each session runs Monday evenings from 5:00–6:30 PM, with a complimentary dinner served at 4:00 PM. Childcare is provided, so you can fully focus on your growth and healing.
